This federal workforce initiative is designed for low-income older individuals, managed by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Employment and Training Administration. It offers financial assistance for part-time, paid training in non-profit and government sectors, enabling older workers to acquire the skills needed for transitioning into unsubsidized employment.
