Who can use this
- To qualify, income must not exceed 150% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL), and countable resources should be $14,100 or less for individuals, or $28,150 or less for married couples living together. Certain assets like primary residences, life insurance policies, burial plots, vehicles in use, and specific distributions from Alaskan Native corporations are excluded. Additionally, applicants must be enrolled in a Medicare prescription drug plan (PDP), which includes Medicare Part D or a Medicare Advantage Plan (Part C) that covers prescriptions.
