This initiative supports youth facing homelessness by ensuring they can thrive academically through organizing transport to their previous school or aiding in their swift enrollment at a nearby school.
Intake Procedure: Speak with a counselor at the local school or contact the district's homeless liaison for assistance.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this service.
Who can use this
- Eligible individuals include families or unaccompanied minors without a stable, regular, and adequate nighttime residence, such as those temporarily sharing housing, living in motels or camps, using non-traditional sleeping places, residing in emergency shelters, or awaiting foster care.
