About this resource
In collaboration with North Central Washington Library, Action Health Partners provides complimentary blood pressure monitor kits available to any library cardholder who is 18 years or older. These kits can be borrowed for a maximum of two weeks for personal blood pressure monitoring.
Intake Procedure: Check the website for a list of participating locations. Individuals aged 18 and above with an active library card can either visit or call any NCW library within the four counties to request a blood pressure monitor. A mail order request may be necessary in some cases.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this service.
Who can use this
- Participants must possess a North Central Washington Library card and be at least 18 years old.
