This program aids individuals who are self-represented in family law cases at the Douglas County Superior Court. Intake Procedure: To request an appointment, complete an online form. The Court Facilitator will assess the form before reaching out to schedule an appointment. If the facilitator believes they cannot provide assistance, they may refuse the appointment.
Fees: A fee of $30 is required before the appointment, which can be paid in cash, check, money order, or via credit/debit card. Reduced fees are available; inquire about eligibility criteria.
