This program helps homeless youth succeed in their education by providing transportation to their original school or facilitating their enrollment in a nearby school promptly.
Intake Procedure: Speak with a counselor at the student's local school or contact the district's homeless liaison for assistance.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.
Who can use this
- Eligible individuals include families or unaccompanied minors without a stable, regular, and adequate nighttime residence, such as those temporarily sharing housing, living in motels or campgrounds, using non-designated sleeping places, residing in emergency shelters or transitional housing, or awaiting foster care placement.
