This initiative supports youth facing homelessness in achieving educational success by arranging transportation to their previous school or aiding in their swift enrollment at a nearby school.
Intake Process: Consult with a counselor at the student's local school or reach out to the district's homeless liaison.
Cost: None.
Who can use this
- Families or unaccompanied minors without a stable, regular, and adequate nighttime residence, including those temporarily sharing housing, living in motels or camps, using non-sleeping facilities, residing in emergency shelters or transitional housing, or waiting for foster care placement.
