About this resource
This initiative provides nutritious food, nutrition education, and breastfeeding assistance for pregnant individuals, new parents, and children under the age of 5 who are at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level. Participants are eligible for monthly food benefits and can also obtain seasonal vouchers for local farmers markets.
Intake Process: Contact us to determine eligibility and schedule an appointment. Follow-up visits are arranged every one to three months.
Cost: There are no fees associated.
Who can use this
- Residents of Washington state with an income at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level and experiencing a nutrition risk. Eligible groups include pregnant individuals, postpartum parents, breastfeeding parents, and children under 5. Income eligibility can also be met through Basic Food benefits, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), or TANF.
