Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US. The program offers job training and assistance in job searching for unemployed farm workers, in addition to financial aid for rent, toiletries, and transportation costs for work or job searching.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should call or visit to apply. They must complete an intake process, participate in an orientation, and become a client to qualify for assistance.
Fees: There are no charges for the services.
Who can use this
- Eligible individuals include those who have worked directly with raw fruit in the past 24 months and are either disadvantaged seasonal agricultural workers or dependents of such workers, with legal authorization to work in the US.
