This program assists unpaid family caregivers by evaluating their requirements and creating a care plan while providing access to local resources, educational opportunities, durable medical equipment, in-home assistance, minor home modifications, and counseling services.

Who can use this
- Unpaid caregivers aged 18 or older who care for individuals aged 18 and above, residing in Kittitas, Yakima, Benton, Franklin, Walla Walla, Columbia, Garfield, or Asotin counties.
