About this resource
This program assists unpaid family caregivers by evaluating their needs and creating a care plan, while providing access to local resources, education, training, medical equipment, in-home assistance, minor home modifications, and counseling.

Who can use this
- Caregivers aged 18 and above who provide unpaid assistance to individuals aged 18 and older, residing in Kittitas, Yakima, Benton, Franklin, Walla Walla, Columbia, Garfield, or Asotin counties.
