This program helps homeless youth succeed academically by providing transportation to their original schools or facilitating their enrollment in local schools without delays.
Intake Procedure: Consult with a counselor at the student's local school or reach out to the district's homeless liaison.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.
Who can use this
- Eligible individuals include families or unaccompanied minors who do not have a stable, regular, and adequate nighttime residence, such as those temporarily sharing housing, living in motels or campgrounds, using non-traditional sleeping places, residing in emergency shelters or transitional housing, or awaiting foster care placement.
