About this resource
Provides comprehensive mental health services for Medicaid-eligible youth and their families facing significant behavioral health issues. Services are provided by a collaborative team that includes therapists, family members, school personnel, faith leaders, and probation officers.
Intake Procedure: To initiate a screening, either call or fill out an online form. Youth aged 13 and above can directly request a WISe screening. For those aged 12 and under, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent. Additionally, a parent or legal guardian may also request a screening for youth aged 13 and older, provided they agree to be involved.
Fees: Accepts Washington Apple Health (Medicaid).
Who can use this
- Youth and children in Grant County who are under 21, have complex mental or behavioral health challenges, are eligible for Medicaid, complete a CANS screening, and meet Access to Care Standards.
