About this resource
This initiative supports youth facing homelessness by ensuring they can thrive in their education through arranging transport to their previous school or aiding in their swift enrollment in a nearby school.
Intake Procedure: Speak with a counselor at the student's local school or reach out to the district's homeless liaison for assistance.
Fees: There are no fees involved.
Who can use this
- Eligible individuals include families or unaccompanied minors who do not have a stable, regular, and sufficient nighttime residence, such as those temporarily sharing housing, living in motels or camps, using non-traditional sleeping places, residing in emergency shelters or transitional housing, or awaiting foster care placement.
