Who can use this
- Unpaid caregivers who assist individuals aged 18 and older can access this program. Extra support may be available if the care recipient is 55 or older, enrolled in WA Apple Health (Medicaid), or requires assistance with daily activities like bathing, walking, and medication management. No legal residency or citizenship is necessary.
