The Home Repair program is available to homeowners in Moses Lake, Quincy, Ephrata, Soap Lake, and Warden, WA, who must own their home, have homeowners insurance, and be seniors, veterans, disabled, or low-income individuals or families. Applications can be obtained online or at the office. Public classes and information sessions are offered, covering topics like aging in place and financial understanding, at no cost. Down Payment Assistance is available for current or future residents of Grant County, with income verification needed to meet WA Commerce's guidelines, allowing eligible applicants to receive up to $125,000 in assistance.
