Intake Procedure: Attend in person. It's advisable to call or email beforehand to verify operational hours and ensure the air conditioning is functional.

Who can use this

  • Available to elderly or frail individuals, the homeless, parents with young children, and those with health issues exacerbated by heat. No one will be denied access.
