This initiative supports homeless youth in achieving educational success by arranging transportation to their previous school or helping them enroll in a nearby school without unnecessary delays.
Intake Procedure: Speak with a counselor at the local school or contact the district's homeless liaison for assistance.
Fees: There are no associated costs.
Who can use this
- Eligible individuals include families or unaccompanied minors without a stable and adequate nighttime residence, such as those temporarily sharing housing, living in motels or camps, using non-traditional sleeping spaces, residing in emergency shelters, or awaiting foster care.
