About this resource
This program helps homeless youth succeed academically by facilitating transportation to their original school or aiding in their prompt enrollment in a nearby school.
Intake Procedure: Speak with a counselor at the student's local school or contact the district's homeless liaison.
Fees: None.
Who can use this
- Eligible individuals include families or unaccompanied minors without a stable, regular, and adequate nighttime residence, such as those temporarily sharing housing, living in motels or camps, using non-traditional sleeping locations, residing in emergency shelters, or awaiting foster care placement.
