Who can use this
- According to the McKinney-Vento Homeless Act, families or students are considered homeless and entitled to specific rights if they are: * residing in a shelter, motel, vehicle, or campground * living on the street, in a 24-hour restaurant, or at a bus station * displaced by a disaster (natural or manmade) * staying in inadequate housing like a motel, abandoned building, or trailer * living with others due to the lack of affordable housing * 'couch surfing' * teenagers living independently.
