Costs: Homes are constructed without any upfront fees and sold to applicants through a no-interest loan. Monthly mortgage payments typically do not exceed $600.
Who can use this
- Applicants must demonstrate a housing need (substandard living conditions), have resided in Grays Harbor County for at least one year, and possess a stable gross income between 30-80% of the county's current median income based on family size. They must also be willing to collaborate with Habitat for Humanity in the home-building process.
