This initiative provides nutritious food, nutrition education, and breastfeeding assistance for pregnant individuals, new parents, and children under the age of 5 who fall at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level. Participants benefit from monthly food assistance and can obtain seasonal vouchers for local farmers markets.
