About this resource
This program offers tailored, continuous assistance for Medicaid-eligible youth facing complex behavioral health challenges and their families to help prevent or lessen the need for expensive and disruptive out-of-home placements.
Intake Process: To initiate, call to arrange a screening, which can be conducted over the phone or in person. Youth aged 13 and older can initiate the screening process and must give consent for services if a parent requests it.
Payment: Accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid).
Who can use this
- Children and youth up to 21 years old who are eligible for Medicaid.
