This program provides a six-week educational course aimed at assisting caregivers in skill development, stress reduction, and achieving balance, available biannually in Fall and Spring.
Intake Procedure: For further details, please call. The classes are structured as a six-week series, held weekly for 90 minutes each session. They occur twice a year, during Fall and Spring.
Fees: There are no charges.
