About this resource
Provides public housing apartments for individuals aged 62 and older or those with a verified disability. A waitlist is maintained for the Housing Choice Voucher program (Section 8), which is currently not accepting new applications.
Intake Process: You can either call or visit in person to apply.
Fees: Rent for public housing will be 30% of the adjusted gross monthly income, while for Section 8, the initial rent contribution can range from 0% to 40%.
