Intake Procedure: For further details, you can either call or fill out an online form. The deadline for applications for the May workday is usually set for the previous February.

Who can use this
- Homeowners on Whidbey Island who are unable to handle repairs due to physical or financial constraints may qualify for assistance, including potential help with rental properties upon request.
