This initiative provides outreach, assessment, and connections to various services, including long-term intensive case management and support for treatment and recovery. It caters to both adults and youth facing substance use disorders.
Intake Process: Engage with the local program. While most clients come through referrals from law enforcement, community organizations, and the judicial system, all types of referrals are welcomed.
Cost: There are no fees involved.

- Individuals, both youth and adults, experiencing substance use disorders or co-occurring mental health issues.
