Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.
Who can use this
- Applicants must be classified as incapacitated by DSHS due to mental health issues, physical disabilities, or participation in a chemical dependency treatment program that restricts their ability to work, AND must have no income OR be enrolled in the ABD (Aged, Blind and Disabled) program. DSHS will assess earned income and assets to ensure they do not surpass the established income guidelines. Certain government income programs, such as SSI, SSDI, and TANF, are not eligible. Once approved by DSHS, priority for services is given to individuals experiencing homelessness or those at risk of losing their housing.
