Who can use this
- To qualify, applicants must adhere to income guidelines, fill out an application, and provide all necessary documentation. All adults aged 18 and older must attend the appointment, even if they have no income. Social security numbers for all household members are mandatory. Those over 18 still in school need to present a school ID. Tribal members must show a denial letter from their tribe. Required documents must be submitted during the appointment for the application to proceed. It is essential to keep paying energy bills, as having a disconnection notice or being disconnected does not prioritize appointments.
