Who can use this
- To qualify for ECEAP, children must be aged 3-5 by August 31 of the school year or possess an IFSP/IEP. Key eligibility factors include having an income at or below 110% of the Federal Poverty Level, being a Dual Language Learner, currently residing in official foster or kinship care, having an Individualized Education Program or IFSP, or being in a household that receives SSI, TANF, foster income, or a childcare subsidy.
