About this resource
This program provides a utility discount or rebate for low-income residents of Auburn aged 62 and above, or for those who have a permanent documented disability.
Application Process: Interested individuals can call or visit the website for more information and can also apply in person. Applications for the Utility Discount Program and Utility Rebate Program are accepted year-round, but participants must reapply every May using the previous year's household income details. Those who pay for utilities (water, sewer, or stormwater) through a landlord or property manager can only apply during May each year.
Cost: There are no fees associated with the application.

- Eligible applicants include residents aged 62 and older or those with a permanent documented disability, with an income at or below 50% of the Area Median Income.
