Who can use this
- Assistance is available to specific groups including refugees, asylees, Cuban and Haitian entrants, victims of trafficking, and certain Amerasians, provided they fulfill ALL of the following criteria: Must be at least 18 years old, have earned income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level, possess assets not exceeding $10,000 at enrollment (excluding the primary residence and one vehicle), and be currently employed.
