This program provides counseling to evaluate personal strengths and interests while identifying obstacles to gaining competitive employment alongside a work training initiative.
Intake Process: Interested individuals must undergo an intake process and participate in a tour. An open house is available for potential applicants. Please call for the latest schedule of times and programs.
Fees: The costs associated with training and employment services are primarily covered by state and federal funding. Orion's Intake Counselors are available to help clients apply for financial assistance.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 18 and above, living with a disability or significant vocational challenges; must have a stable condition for a smooth program experience; requires two months of sobriety and participation in a treatment or support program for those with a history of substance abuse; must meet federal employment eligibility criteria; cannot accommodate individuals who may pose a risk to themselves or others.
