- Residents of Kent, Covington, Auburn, Algona, and Pacific in specific ZIP codes, including 98001 (east of I-5 and outside the Federal Way School District), 98002, 98030, 98031, 98032 (only for Kent School District), 98042 (west of HWY 18), 98047, and 98092 (Auburn only) are eligible, with assistance available ONCE PER YEAR.
