About this resource
This initiative provides training for job skills, assistance with job placement, and continuous coaching aimed at career growth within the banking sector. After an eight-week training course, participants receive help in securing positions at one of 26 partner banks and credit unions.

Who can use this
- To qualify, applicants must be 18 years or older, possess a high school diploma or GED, demonstrate English proficiency, and have basic computer skills; priority is given to Food Stamp recipients through DSHS who meet additional criteria, with standard background checks applicable.
