About this resource
This program assists low-income Medicare recipients in covering their Medicare Part A and Part B premiums, including co-pays and deductibles for those with very limited income.
Application Process: You can apply by calling, visiting the website, or going to any Community Service Office (CSO).
Costs: There are no fees associated with this program.
Who can use this
- Residents of Washington state who are Medicare recipients and have incomes at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level qualify for the most assistance, while those needing Part B premium help must be at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Level, and Part A assistance is available for individuals with disabilities at 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
