About this resource
This service assists with the creation of a simple will, durable power of attorney, and/or advance directive for low-income residents in East, Northeast, and Southeast King County. To begin, call 2-1-1 for screening, and note that walk-ins are not permitted.
Intake Procedure: Contact 2-1-1 for screening, or reach out to ELAP directly; drop-ins are not allowed. Spanish speakers can call 425-620-2778, and interpreter services are available for clients who require assistance in other languages.
Fees: There are no charges for this service.
Who can use this
- Residents of King County (excluding Seattle) with an income at or below 400% of the Federal Poverty Level who do not have legal representation.
