Who can use this

• To qualify, income must not exceed 150% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL), and countable resources should be $14,100 or less for individuals and $28,150 or less for married couples living together. Exempt from countable resources are primary residences, life insurance policies, burial plots or spaces, vehicles in use, and specific distributions received by Alaskan Natives from Alaska Native Regional and Village Corporations. Applicants must be enrolled in a Medicare prescription drug plan (PDP), such as Medicare Part D or a Medicare Advantage Plan (Part C) that covers prescriptions.
