Intake Procedure: To initiate the process, contact the Get Help phone line or complete the online Get Help Form to arrange an intake or assessment appointment. The intake starts with an evaluation that helps create a personalized treatment plan based on the patient's health objectives.

Fees: Services are offered on a sliding scale fee basis. The program accepts private insurance, private pay clients, and WA Apple Health (Medicaid).
