Intake Procedure: Interested parties should call, and the intake line is available for collect calls.
Fees: There are no associated fees.
Who can use this
- There are no limitations for standard adoptions. For Special Needs Adoption: Families must have a child under 18 who is legally free (with terminated parental rights), has special needs, is in state-funded foster care (or is likely to enter foster care), or qualifies for federal adoption assistance.
