City of Bothell mandates pet licenses for all dogs and cats that are at least 8 weeks old.
Application Process: You can apply by calling, completing an online application, or visiting Bothell City Hall.
Fees: The cost for an unaltered dog or cat is $60, while the fee for an altered pet is $30. Seniors who provide proof of their pet's alteration can obtain a lifetime license for $15 for both dogs and cats. Additionally, the licensing fee is waived for service animals.
Who can use this
- To license a pet in Bothell, proof of rabies vaccination is necessary, and residents may license a maximum of three pets; seniors aged 65 and older are eligible for a discount.
