About this resource
This initiative provides nutritional support and education for low-income pregnant and postpartum women, infants, and children under the age of five. The monthly benefits are approximately $150 for a family of two, and in the summer, participants can obtain extra vouchers for farmers markets.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should call to check eligibility and schedule an appointment. To receive farmers market vouchers, clients are required to attend a WIC event to have them added to their account. Who can use this
- Eligible participants include pregnant and postpartum women, infants, and children under five who meet the income requirement of being at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level.
