About this resource
The program offers a variety of classes such as ballroom dance, Zumba, yoga, art, ceramics, aerobics, computer skills, and needlework.
Enrollment Process: Refer to our online recreation guide at https://burienwa.gov/residents/parks_recreation_cultural_services/recreation_guide or call for details. Most classes require pre-registration, although drop-in Fit Passes are also available.
Costs: Fees differ based on the activity. A $10 Shape-up Discount is offered for first-time participants or those returning to a class after three months. Scholarships are available for seniors and Burien residents. Non-residents pay $100 annually or $25 per quarter, while residents pay $200 annually or $50 per quarter. Some Senior Fitness Classes may be covered by insurance or grants.
