About this resource
This program delivers nutritional assistance and educational resources to low-income pregnant and postpartum individuals, as well as infants and children under five years of age. Families of two can expect benefits valued at approximately $150 each month, and during the summer, participants may also receive additional vouchers for farmers markets.

Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.
Who can use this
- Residents of Washington state who have a nutrition risk and earn at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level, including pregnant individuals, postpartum parents, and children under five, are eligible. Those receiving Basic Food benefits, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), or TANF may also qualify.
