About this resource
This initiative supports unemployed individuals in gaining new skills for job opportunities or reaching their career aspirations, while also providing access to campus and community resources to improve retention rates.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment via phone.
Fees: General advising services are complimentary, though some career assessments and computerized guidance may incur charges. Participants in the Worker Retraining program might be eligible for specific financial assistance.
Who can use this
- To qualify, participants must currently receive unemployment benefits or be eligible for them, have exhausted their benefits in the last two years while remaining unemployed, or have received a written notice of impending layoff from their employer, making them eligible for unemployment benefits.
