This initiative provides assistance and resources concerning prenatal and postpartum health, covering aspects such as family planning, breastfeeding, and nutrition for individuals enrolled in Medicaid. Additionally, it offers support for the care of infants during their first year of life.
Intake Procedure: Individuals can initiate services by calling or visiting in person. Support is available at any point during the pregnancy, delivery, or postpartum phase.
Fees: The program accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and can help clients with the enrollment process if necessary.
Who can use this
- Individuals who are pregnant and qualify for WA Apple Health (Medicaid) are eligible, provided their income is below 210% of the Federal Poverty Level, and new parents with an infant enrolled in WA Apple Health can receive services until the child turns one.
