About this resource
Provides comprehensive mental health services and collaborative case management for children, youth, and families facing complex challenges, including developmental disabilities.
Intake Process: Contact us for an eligibility screening.
Costs: We accept Medicaid and other state funding sources.
Who can use this
- Children and youth up to 21 years old with complex emotional or behavioral health needs who, along with their caregiver or guardian, agree to participate in the program are eligible if they qualify for Medicaid or are engaged in at least two of the following services: mental health therapy, substance use therapy, special education, Children's Administration, Juvenile Justice, or Developmental Disabilities Administration.
