This program advocates for and resolves issues faced by residents in nursing homes, boarding homes, veteran's homes, and adult family homes, while also assisting them in comprehending their rights. It monitors complaints against long-term care facilities.
Intake Procedure: To initiate, call the intake line. All complaints are kept confidential. You can visit the website to locate a nearby ombudsman office.
Fees: There are no charges for this service.

- Individuals residing in long-term care facilities, along with their family and friends, including those in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and adult family homes.
