Handles civil and traffic violations, as well as criminal offenses and serious misdemeanors, including civil protection orders for those affected by domestic violence.
Intake Procedure: For inquiries, please call. To request a Public Defender, complete an application and submit it to the court either in person or via email.
Fees: Payments for infractions can be made using cash, check, credit card, or money order, and can be processed in person, by mail, or online at www.issaquahtix.com.
Who can use this
- Individuals who commit infractions within the city limits of Issaquah, North Bend, Snoqualmie, and Duvall are eligible.
