This initiative aims to educate individuals about the various options and resources available for those affected by ALS. It provides essential durable medical equipment, aids for daily living, and communication devices at no cost. Additionally, it welcomes donations of medical equipment.

Intake Procedure: Collaborate with a local ALS clinic or neurologist to determine the suitable equipment. For further details, please reach out to a member of the local Care Services team.

Fees: There are no fees associated.
